40 Years of Experience in Legal Representation
Has you or a loved one been severely injured in an accident? Do you have headaches or post-concussion symptoms due to a collision-based head trauma? Are you worried about who is going to pay the bills from the accident? You need your immediate problems solved, such as a rental car, a hospital bed, and straight answers to questions like what’s going to happen at work, will insurance pay for medical treatment, how long is all of this going to take, and who are the insurers who are liable to pay for all of this damage?
The Escondido personal injury attorneys at the Levinson Law Group provide a strong support system to guide you through the judicial process and red tape involved in a personal injury case. We will handle the insurance adjusters, medical professionals, and other parties of interest. We accept cases on a contingent fee. That means that if there is no recovery in your case, you pay no fee. And in most cases, we even advance the costs. For your free consultation, call us at (760) 742-5221 today.

- Fight for justice for our clients as they heal from life-altering injuries so they can find closure and peace.
Fighting for the Rights of Escondido Accident Victims
Escondido will forever occupy a special place in Gordon Levinson’s heart because it is the birthplace of his second daughter, Eden. She was born at Palomar Medical Center, right in the heart of downtown Escondido. Escondido is also the town where Gordon obtained his first associate attorney position in the Escondido-based law firm of White and Bright at their former East Valley Parkway location. At that firm, Gordon did insurance-defense work as well as representing civil litigants in various disputes involving real estate.
Escondido is home to some of the best weather in the state of California. It is close enough to the coast to enjoy a morning marine layer, yet far enough inland to feature dry heat for most of the year. Escondido has an ideal climate for growing citrus, and the history of the area reflects the importance of agriculture.
One of the Levinson Law Group’s most satisfying cases involves an elderly couple from Escondido. The elderly husband and wife were rear-ended while driving on Interstate 15 southbound by a young woman who had just been released from a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility and who was speeding during a full relapse from her sobriety.
The couple had migrated to Escondido in the 1940s and were still living in their original house at the time of the car accident. They were hospitalized and treated for their injuries, which included disc herniations in the spine, injuries to the knee, and other injuries, and the Levinson Law Group managed to get the couple a significant settlement during a mediation between the parties.
